Modernization of the "Casa Davies" in Moraira

It sought a reform that managed to provide housing with bigger spaces, natural lighting and sea views; for this reforms were introduced in the reform such as the flat roofs with sea views and wooden flooring to reinforce the relationship with the Mediterranean architecture, spacious rooms with clear materials in combination with a lot of glass, and an internal staircase was installed to communicate both plants, which also managed to double the useful area of the house.
