The fees of our services are calculated according to the volume and level of each order, but we adapt to any budget and offer a first contact free of charge and without obligation, so if you are interested in presenting us with any project or query, please do not hesitate to contact us, we will offer you an approximation of our rates, to which we should add the corresponding VAT of 21%:

• Fees per hour of work: 50€/h, from 11th it is reduced to 40€/h.
• Reports of pathologies: minimum cost of 450€.
• Real estate valuation reports: minimum cost of 300€.Aproximatly 0,15% value of property.
• Basic and execution project for new construction, renovation or expansion: an estimated 8% of the cost of the work.
• Preparation of current state plans of existing buildings: 8€/m2 including elevations and sections; if only the plants are necessary, the price is reduced to 5€/m2.
• Building certificates: 450€ if property measures more than 300 m2 new fees by estimate of costs. 
• Energy certification: 400€ 
• Travel costs: 35cents/km. It is always added to the arrangements that have to be made, according to the client.
• For all projects that need to be approved, the visa fee for the corresponding College of Architects will be invoiced separately from the budget along with the corresponding VAT.
